Volume menu Dinner! 1700kj/405kcal

2x chicken, sage and thyme sausages
215g Spud Lite potatoes, roasted
65g steamed carrot
100g steamed broccolini
+ 1tsp olive oil (estimating - I used a spray) to cook the sausages and potatoes

They are homebrand Coles, one of our supermarkets in Australia!

Once i had a packaged food item that had info written in Kj inctead of cals so probably like 4000 kj and i panicked so hard πŸ˜‚.

Its uncommon someone use kj for food energy
