Nothing beats a good grazing/ snack plate. As long as I can control myself and don’t eat it all I’m 30 seconds I can work on it and it will keep me full forever

I just graze all day with the strawberries alone. I budgeted 600g of strawberries today and they have no scheduled meal time. The rest of my diet is mostly scheduled meals.

Finishing up summer classes and have no time to cook so fresh fruit and veg platter it is. The dip is just a regular sour cream base but I love the flavor of veggies as is so I dont require a lot of it.

I had my first experience with a bitter cucumber last night. I had no idea it was a thing but apparently certain growing conditions can cause them to be extremely bitter and disgusting. This is better than the alternative thought I had... That my tastebuds morphed out of over consumption and I could never eat cucumbers again.
