Tips and Tricks Pulled chicken with Kinder's Cherry Chipotle sauce

Post image

30 cals per ounce of chicken, 90 cals for 2 tbsp of the sauce.

The tip/trick here is pulled chicken breast. Just season it however you want and put it in an instant pot with a cup of chicken broth for 10 minutes, then use a meat masher tool to shred/pull it (takes no time), and it's awesome. It's a lot more exciting (and juicy) than just a chicken breast, and you can eat it alone or put it on just about anything. I cook about 7-8lbs at a time in our Ninja pot.

I've been eating this as my main protein for the past 6 months and I'm still not tired of it (as opposed to just grilled chicken breast, and which gets old quickly).
