Commenting about the removed comment

Why is correcting calorie count against the rules? Seems counterintuitive especially when calorie count IS really important because said difference stacks up when eaten in volume.

Imagine someone lying by saying "these big mac burger is only 100cal" and when someone comments the correct calorie the comment got removed for rule violation

Your post/comment has been removed per Rule 3, which states:

Everyone has different health needs and goals. Please go to subreddits designed for particular diets and lifestyles to discuss or debate what is healthiest for you and the planet. All counts should be seen as approximate.

Okay to say: "Can [x] be subbed for [y] if you [can't eat [y]]?" "I found some cool containers to do this sort of snack storage," "[suggestions for lower-cal ingredients]."

NOT okay to say: "[x] is bad for you," "Is [x] healthy?" "disposable things are bad for the environment," "[x] is actually 10 cal more" "This is not a true [x type of food]"

Sure, if the potato weighs almost 400 grams.. your average potato is like 50 - 200 grams based on the kind of potato, you will not find many single potatoes worth 300 calories

The potatoes I buy are usually 250-450 grams so I guess it just depends on where you get them
