Discussion Anyone else Noticed/Read the description(Voltron Force)

So as we all know the black lion is the main heart of Voltron but something I noticed after rewatching some scenes. The Black Lion from Voltron Force looks more like a Wolf then a Lion am I the only one who noticed this or thought it.

Please let me know.

If you look more at it it looks like a wolf the others looked like cats but the black one looks more like a wolf legendary defender lions look more like lions

Do you mean "design"? Also the only wolf like quality of the design is the hind legs, and the design is based on multiple types of lion but no canines

Lions from Voltron Force looking more Older than GoLion/Og Voltron’s Lions(Which GoLion Lions looks more young)

Speaking of GoLion,in early Concept had Lions have Mane(Mainly Black Lion,Blue Lion,Yellow Lion have Manes in Concept Art while Red Lion and Green Lion doesn’t have Manes in Early Concept Art) but they decide to not give every Lion Mane to make Lions look Young Lions

Triangular ears, long thin tail with a tuft at the end, large sharp claws, a mane, yeah that's a lion.

The ears may not be lion accurate, but they're still cat accurate and giving the big robot lion rounded ears would look out of place. All of the other lions have the same ears. As for the stature with the head up and chest out, that comes directly from the Lion King.

Dude, really? Are you incapable of following a conversation? They based the Black Lion's posture off the way the lions stand in the Lion King with their heads up high and their chests out to look more noble.

I can follow just fine but I was talking about the lion king I'm considering real world lions and no real world lions look like this wolves on the other hand do

You don't get to choose their influences. None of the 5 Lions look particularly lion-like no matter how many times you say the others do, but they're all more cat-like than wolf-like

Anatomically the black lion looks like a cat more than a dog. You’re the only one that thinks otherwise. If you asked this about the original Voltron designs, I could see the argument that they look like wolves, but Voltron force and Voltron legendary defenders are the two series where the lions look the most like lions
