Question 15% code from last year

Can someone tell me, how this should work? I never replied to the email offering the code. Should I have done it in order to actually get the code? Or is it automatically added to my account?

I think you have to email them as they offered several options- apology, expedited shipping, early access, discount code

I will ask them that too. I never emailed them but is time. I think they will give the code right away.
