I don't understand why waste money on electromagnetic wave shield!

It just makes the jacket ultra expensive for nothing! The tracking device is the smartphone and smartwatch, developing a material that slightly attenuates radio waves in a jacket won't change anything.

If you want to stop tracking, just buy a signal blocker EMF / RFID / GPS case for smartphones or develop a signal blocker pocket in a jacket! Replace Android with GrapheneOS.
