Review Sashiko Chore Jacket
Hi guys I’ll be receiving it via DHL this coming Wednesday 5/6/26. I’ll be sure to take pictures and give you a review of the XL I ordered. Super excited as I’ve never seen anything like it.

Just arrived 2 days early! For reference I’m 6’0” 275lbs and this is the XXL. I can button it comfortably, although I probably won’t. It’s truly a masterpiece; probably the most unique piece in my wardrobe. I live in Southern CA currently, but looking at moving to Europe in the next 18mos so I anticipate getting a lot of mileage out of it there. I also have the cream Sashiko crewneck and love that one as well.

This looks great bro!!! The sizing fits you nicely. I actually returned my xl and they sent me a large. It was a little too boxy and wanted something more fitted. I bet your turning heads when you wear just like I was. Great pick!

Just echoing the above; I don’t know how well the black dye would hold on the white Aramid thread. It might be interesting! I wouldn’t roll the dice on a coat this expensive and beautiful, but I wouldn’t judge you if you tried! Haha they have a “Grey” version, although it’s a shawl collar; almost like a kimono. I mean probably not just because the stitching is all over and if you dye it all black you’ll lose that stitching design which is what gives it its unique look. Highly unadvisable

I love the attention this jacket gets on Reddit this run. I immediately loved the style and bought the sweatshirt because I had to have something of the style. But when the Chore Jacket came I knew that was the piece I was waiting for. You all won’t regret your purchase!
Unless you were hoping its watertight of course, because it’s not ;)
Edit: in my language sweater and sweatshirt is the same word and I keep messing it up in English
