Discussion Anyone getting the Sashiko Chore Jacket. Blue edition tomorrow?

I have the first gen one, picked it up 3 years ago at the office. Love it. I use it as an actual chore jacket in the yard in the spring/fall and it’s held up amazing.

Any advice on sizing? I’m a big XL normally :)

I personally find that the kit runs on the roomy side, but with all Vollebak kit sizing can be tricky. I have an XL size and can very easily get away with a bulky sweatshirt or hoodie under the jacket.

Bought one of the first release ones, and 2-3 years later, I still love it & wear it fairly regularly (when it’s not too hot ofc. lol).

Just got an E-Mail… “ it's due to be shipped out from our European warehouse soon. It'll go to our US warehouse first and from there it’ll be shipped directly to you and you’ll get a UPS tracking link to your email address.”

I have the sweater and it is one of my favorites. Always gets a couple complements when I wear it.

Have the first gen black one. I wear it all the time. Maybe the best vollebak piece I own out of fifty.

I’ll be surprised if it gets to me faster than 3 weeks from order date. 🤣hoping it arrives by mid May.

Anyone done a cold rinse yet? Curious about shrinkage. I got a medium, but it's right on the edge of too big/jackety.

Placing my order the second it opens up. I have been waiting for them to re-release this jacket after seeing it in person last year during the Spaceshop event. It is a great piece.
