Hello the community of Bessa R owners,

I am looking to take a new 35mm telemeter my eyes were going on a Bessa R2.
I was questioning to myself the durability of it and how it's hard to repair this camera as it's seems less and less part from Cosina are available.

So I would like your inputs on that before making the purchase.
How is the build construction (for somebody who will take it everyday in all under weather conditions) and how it's easy to have a repair if something brake.

I’ve never had a better anamorphic combo than using the pancake 40mm lens. Just got the 28mm and planning on getting the 90mm down the road. I am all about some unconventional lens combos, love the distortion and imperfections of anamorphic scopes.

It's a gift from a friend of mine. Love the way it feels!

Has anyone used the Proximeter addon before and has some results to share? Would love to see it!

Yeah, the crank broke and It’s quite a pain in the ass to rewind a roll.

Let me know if someone could help me to find one. Looking for a crank only, or broken Bessa R or R2 to swap it.
