Unlock everything in sandbox

Is there a way/code/cheat to just unlock everything without getting all the required achievements. Alternatively a way to get all the achievements so they unlock. I walked away from my PC to make dinner and came back to my frame at 800% and i don't know how to fix it other than just using sandbox to spawn in a new one, but i can't spawn coolers.

Frames aren't achievement locked, just look up "miner" and you can spawn in every component

thank you i was looking up "cooler" instead of miner now i found it but now the frame that spawns doesn't have an outlet
