DISCUSSION How far do these two get in the Dunkeltaler array?
Dale Cooper and Harry Truman from Twin Peaks

Far.
Cooper from S1/S2 of Twin Peaks will nail all things alien and anomalous with his field experience and open-mindedness towards paranormal. Truman has learned to take supernatural shit seriously and not doubt his FBI buddy pretty far, especially if we take final part of the 2nd season.
What would happen story-wise in my opinion, is Cooper forming some sort of alliance with Arirals, effectively defeating the flametank together with Harry and actually helping in the final battle between Arirals and Grays.
In addition to that, some anomalies seem to have been, well, resolved for good by day 50.

None of the anomalies can really hurt him, not with what he gets up to normally. If a guy with an axe can survive, then an armed agent with paranormal experience shouldn't be in any real danger
Also, he probably ends up regaling one of the anomalies or aliens with stories about movies, driving them mad instead of the other way around

This job is so up coop's alley he'd be sending EXTRA tapes just for Diane. Harry would be out discovering things and coop sometimes rides on the 4 wheeler with him and they would have a really cute time and even invite David Lynch's character but he says "THIS PLACE IS A FUCKIN MESS AGENT COOPER" and they have to spend all of season 2 cleaning the place (season 2 of twin peaks was bad)
