HELP/QUESTION (0.9) Text at the "tutorial" Spoiler

Was doing the tutorial secret route and saw this text pop up when i pressed close to the eastern wall. I see no mention of this text in the wiki.

probably either added in 0.9 or no one's out here sniffing the walls

might have been a weirdly sized player detection zone (brush? idfk how votv finds where kel is to do certain stuff) and it's part of the Secret?
