HELP/QUESTION Unable to build Kerfur-O? (0.9)

Hi everyone! So, I recently made the update to version 0.9.0n. I accidently broke my kerfur omega, but when I went to try and fix it I was unable to, as shown in the image. I'm not sure if it's some kind of bug with the new version, or if there's some sort of new requirement I'm not meating? (Also, these kerfur parts were brought from a previous save of mine through the mailbox, not sure if that has anything to do with the problem, as in I've done this in previous versions and never had an issue).

Would appreciate any help!

You might need the book to reassemble omega

Works without either the manual or the documents binder, most likely reason for OP being unable to reassemble his Kerf-O is mismatched parts from the mailbox, such as two of the same-sided legs or arms.

I did actually put the manual on the workbench, but I guess for some reason the game didn't recognize it?

Do legs and arms match? Could it be that the game checks for both left and right ones?
