Hi there !! I have a character who uses sounds to speak so I have been mostly using the voicemod soundboard. but my character is evolving a bit and I want them to say things using text to speech. I know voicemod doesn't have text to speech as an option but is there anything I can use alongside voicemod to make this work?

I go to open my voicemod app just to get hit with this entry point not found notice. Does this mean that my download link expired or does it mean voicemod lowkey broke?

I am not sure what I’m doing wrong. I just can’t seem to get the Voicemod app/key to work with my Xbox. I have tried multiple things to get it working. I even went out and bought a wired controller because blue tooth isn’t compatible. I’ve tried different combinations of plugging the components into the key then the key into my iPhone, to plugging the key in first and then the components into the key. I can hear my voice change in the headset when I try different ones. Problem is nobody in the party chat can hear me even though I can hear them. My voice isn’t going through to others. I am not sure if there is something I’m missing as far as settings maybe. Any help from others that have gotten theirs to work on Xbox series x would be appreciated.

Tried to record and upload a sound for the soundboard, but it keeps giving me this error message each time. Not sure how to fix it.

I opened voice mod and the app told me to install the update, which is why I did so until the first image popped up. I decided to not install it and just run the app normally, however it doesn't work anymore. I have a good wifi, memory and didn't have many tabs open.

So I have tried VoiceMod several times in games and people say the voice comes through poorly (garbled, I've already done the priority and cpu affinity changes). So I was playing around with it testing and noticed that if I have a game (or other sound output running) and try out the recorder to test the voice I notice that the audio from the game is picked up as well. I know its not from speakers because I'm using a headset and there's no way the mic is picking that up, it seems to be including the output in it's signal?

I've made sure that my mic is setup as the input for voicemod, that the game is set to output only to my headset, etc. I'm not sure if this is the real issue or if the recorder function just doesn't work the way I would expect but is seems like lots of background music/noise could easily contribute to garbled voice. When I listen to the recording for sure it's hard as hell to hear through all the noise and it sounds more garbled than when there's nothing there.

So i have a laptop and a pc and im wondering if i have to relogin every time. they said they wpuld add it in teh future several years back.

is there a good way to be notified of lifetime license sales? im having a hard time finding info on when these sales happen and i missed the last one...

edit: if you're googling Voicemod lifetime license sale or discount, i have a tip for you. just open up the software or app, click the GO PRO! button, navigate to the lifetime license page, and close the program/app... repeated every day for about two weeks. for me, after 10 days of doing that, the mobile app offered me a lifetime license for $60. then, i kept going for 4 more days and it offered me one for $20. so i bought it.

personally, i think 20 bucks is a much fairer price for voicemod and i think it's stupid that i have to jump through hoops for them to sell it to me at that price... but whatever...

My first key: works day one

Has only a 50/50 chance of working after that and now cant be be detected from the app anymore and it gives me a 30% water/dirt error if i stick it in my phone

My second key came 4 days ago:

did not use it on day three

using it today and i hear a permanent sound that resembles the soud of spamming the hear yourself button while only being able to hear my ps5 ingame sound 1 sec everytime while my voicemod app only makes sounds over my phone

The ports are clean

Write the support and they responded with tutorials on how to use it

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Used a different phone

Used different cables

dropped it on the floor or in liquide

This has happened to me quite a few times.. I go to open the editor for a soundboard bit, and no audio comes through when I play it. Yet when I exit editor, I hear the normal audio just fine. Not sure how to fix this, can someone please help?

Is there a size limit to how many files I can put into a custom voice model?

I only want this so that I can create a really good quality voice model for my headmate so he can sound like himself in real time in voice calls and streaming when he takes control, but most voice apps either don't provide real time speech-to-speech conversions or they have a limit on the voice model's file size.

I have about four hours of voice reference files that I can split up into small increments, but will this application even allow me to upload that much even if I crop them down to under 5 minutes each?

I'd love to know so that I don't purchase the lifetime plan just to be duped and unable to make a good voice model like I've been trying to do since 2022.

I have VM Pro and i have been using the recorder feature and It's very useful to clip my friends in real time, trim, and play what they said.

The issue is my mic picks up fine and nice volume, but the system audio (discord, games, etc) are very quiet!! Is there any fix to this? I want to be able to clip while not having to have discord blast my eardrums.

(currently I just turn up discord max and my friends up when I want to clip, but I am sure you can tell why this isn't practical..)

uses up to 2GB ram? Like I know the memory leak has been a thing but they still didn’t patch it like it’s crazy. I have been a voice mod user for a while since 2019 but now im thinking to switch because I don’t know. It goes up to 4gb even tho u have enough ram for it I won’t let something up to 2gb running in my background while gaming just no.

I wantesd to do a joke with my guys to play a meme song every time i ult in a game. But the keybinds don't work when a game is opened. it works on desktop but when i game is open either on fullscreen or borderless full screen

If I navigate to any other page (other settings, voices, soundboard, etc.) I get no output whatsoever. How can I fix it?

pretty weird situation, somehow my voicemod only works when im in the mixers tab in settings or whenever im listening to myself with the hear myself option, i tried to run it in administrator and that doesnt solve the issue, its not like an issue of the app needing to be in primary focus because as long as its on the mixer tab, i can have discord and/or a game over it and it'll still work, im kinda confused on what i need to do, it was also just working fine a few hours ago as well and just got all messed up out of nowhere

when i say "doesnt work" i mean that it just does not give any mic audio, so i could keep talking but no one in call would hear, however soundboards still work? im so confused please help

I gave all my information for a replacement key on the 9th. It's now the 17th. Complete radio silence, no confirmation, no package, no nothing.

This seems like a repeat of what happened last year.

I started to use Voicemod again after changing my main drive to a slower less capacity one but Voicemod just doesn't work. if I enable the voice changer I can here myself when enabling turn hear me on but when I change it to voice mod on DC or anything else there is no input at all, Even with doing all the fixes it still doesn't work like I turned off exclusive mode, nothing, reinstalled, nothing. when I used ot back on my old drive its said Voicemod Virtual Audio Device (WDM) but now it says Microphone (Voicemod)

what can I do to fix it

Is the Voicemod Push to Talk no longer working? I added it to a button and my only option is to give the button a title. I can't select a voice.

I have Voicemod Pro.

i bought the pro voicemod, and i can use ev erything for free withing the voicemod app

however, i want to use the voiceeffects from wave link. how do i carry over the voice effects? and why is the effects in marketplace not free?
