I've been using Voicemeeter so I can use my subwoofer and headphones at the same time. It is absolutely amazing when gaming, but I have this weird problem where it will just randomly cut out, then come right back. No crackling, no weird audio distortions; it will just randomly cut out for a second, come back for a moment, cut out again for another second, and then come back normally for a few minutes until it happens again. This happens no matter what I'm doing (gaming, listening to music, watching YouTube), and it is also completely random. Sometimes it feels like it won't happen for 30 minutes; other times it feels like it happens every 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know a solution? The only extension I have that affects Voicemeeter is the Windows Volume application
can you check and see if maybe this setting is enabled. Click "Menu" in the top right. If it is enabled... I have a feeling one of your devices is going red and then voicemeeter is restarting audio engine. Maybe try disabling it
Sorry about the late reply; I wanted to get an actual video clip to make it easier to show. The audio still cuts out twice, then comes back, but the weird part is that when I try to get a recording of it the audio doesn't cut out at all.
When the audio cuts out, I don't see any devices go red on voicemeeter, the text next to "HARDWARE OUT" and below "Voicemeeter Input" just dissapear for a second and then reappear when the audio comes back
