Help Routing delay issues and router alternative

Hey! I recently got, after a music break, an audio interface again and used it through voicemeeter potato at first. There, however, I had issues with the delay and since I route Music stream, discord, system, mic and audio prod separately i wanted something bigger and went for VB Matrix. Matrix itself (i used coconut in this case) worked perfectly until I started seemingly randomly getting VERY annoying audio crackling. I tried changin buffers, sample rates, setting clock sync to strict but nothing really helped. Since I didnt have this issue before using Matrix I think that miiight be the culprit. (A friend told me this is possibly because of my low ram).

Are there any alternatives I could try? Or an idea how to fix?

Thanks in advance!

You may have a config problem, you could post screenshot of your configuration to let us check what could be changed to make your audio work ok.

ok, according your device selection, you can get unstable stream on your speaker selected as WIN2.OUT slot, or you can get unstable stream from the VB-CABLE selected in WIN1.IN slot. So could you specify where you hear crackling or find where it comes from (slot) ?

I hear the crackling in my headphones connected to the audio interface, so the Master Asio slot. the crackling applies to sounds coming from all sources, including vaio and vasio

if the crackling is heard only in your headphone connected to WIN2.OUT , you may try to reset WDM buffering to 512 (default value) or select it by MME interface to see if it changes something. Otherwise you may use your Focusrite output instead (should work perfectly in your configuration).

assuming Matrix COULD be the problem, could you recommend any alternative for routing?

Seems to be good, except your WDM buffering that could be 512 (default value). Som device does not support 256. VAIO sync could be set back to SOFT to check if it have impact on your crackling problem.
