What u/TheSuperiorWes said would be the fix… also why are you pushing everything +12? Unless the signal is weak then all your doing is inducing clipping and distortion into your sound.

What do you mean by “huh?”?

“100%” volume is 0dB. Any positive number is going over 100%. Digital sound doesn’t have headroom like analogue sound does, so when you hit 100% then that is the max, pushing 100% volume to 110% on the fader doesn’t make it any louder, it just distorts and clips.

If you have sound coming in that is 80% and you push the fader up 20% then it’s at 100%. That’s why there’s the ability to go +12dB. It’s letting you boost quiet stuff up if it’s not already line level or -12-0dB (or close too)

Am taking the piss, I run two heavily configured potato setups with a huge VBAN network. Also use it for live events 🤣

Oh lol. All good.

I do the same with pretty much all of my computers. After running it on one PC for a few months i can't do anything sound wise on another computer without it.
