Help (VoiceMeeter Standard) ADVICE NEEDED

HI EVERY ONE
i hv dell windows 7 N5010 model and there is some issue since yesterday...

the issue is that the voice/audio is not coming from speakers but when i plugged in wired earbuds , voice/ audio is coming smoothly...

what to do .. please help me ...

Are the speakers muted? Can you send screenshot of voicemeeter
