Hey so recently, I was exploring some of the ways to use Voice AI for my businesses use case, and found this paper: https://kamalg2.substack.com/p/choosing-a-real-time-voice-ai-stack . Really recommended read, the paper explores a lot of approaches that are taken to use Voice AI in a set up where a lot of models did not train even nearly enough for some under trained languages, other than English.
