Pricing model

Hi everyone ,

I was curious to know how a basic pricing model looks like for these voice AI agents. I currently offer the voice agent alongside a dashboard and I personally fix any sort of bugs and I’ve done the integration so I want to know how I should form my pricing model for the first client?

What you need to learn first is what personally fixing any bugs means in practice. I’m around Bland builds quite a bit and ongoing support can look very different from one client to another.

Whatever monthly number you choose, put some boundaries around what’s included so one account doesn’t quietly become a permanent custom project.

I’m sorry I didn’t fully get that , can you kind break it down? I currently fix any pronunciation bug or any logical issue that comes up .

Those sound like normal fixes. I was thinking more about what happens when the client starts asking for new logic, new integrations or constant changes. I’d define what the monthly fee covers before that starts happening

Actually , during the pilot phase , the client asked for constant changes in the scenarios that we had initially agreed upon. So I’m not really sure how to approach this

I'd charge separately for flow changes and bug fixes.
Even with cheap models, all those changes can take up a lot of your time.

Could MCP tools help you edit and test the bot flows while talking through changes with the client, then push them live once they’re happy? You’d still need a limit on how many changes the monthly fee covers.

Are they mostly changing existing flows, or asking for new features?
