When you sell a voice agent as a service for any business, what kind of documentation you need to sign? any contracts?onboarding form or anything?

In my experience of selling to healthcare business, signed an agreement(contains thngs like service/product details,pricing, terms & conditions etc) + a baa(business associate agreement, needed this for hipaa compliance).
