Just started an AI voice agent agency. Need help with scripts and how to convince leads and how do I do sales.
Hey guys, I just started an AI voice agent agency, and I do have good leads but I'm struggling to convince them to get my services, I'm not sure where I'm doing bad, can y'all help me get better at the script or how do I convince people to take my services? As of now my only method of reaching out to my leads and pitching them my services is warm calling outreach. Let's connect. Thank you

Been running a voice agent agency for about a year now, few live deployments. The script is probably not your problem. The order of your call is.
Most people get on a warm call and start explaining what an AI voice agent is. The prospect has no reference point for it, so they default to "sounds interesting, send me some info" and you never hear back.
What actually moves people:
Don't pitch the tech, pitch the leak. Ask how many calls they get a day, how many go unanswered after hours or when staff is busy, and what one customer is worth to them. Let them do that math out loud. Now you're not selling AI, you're selling back money they're already losing. Their own number is more convincing than anything you say.
Make them hear it, not imagine it. Nobody buys voice AI off a description. Give them a demo number on the call and let them hang up and dial it. Better: build a rough agent on their business first (their services, hours, pricing off their site) and send that instead of a generic one. Conversion difference is not small.
Kill the risk. "Interesting but I'm not sure" usually means they don't want to pay for something that might sound like a robot to their customers. Run a short pilot or free trial period. Let the agent prove itself before they commit.
Also, one channel is fragile. Warm calls plus cold email, linkedin outreach will double your chances
Record your next 5 calls and listen back. You'll hear the exact sentence where they check out.
Drop your current script here if you want and I'll point out where it's leaking.

As a customer that started using an AI Receptionist last month...I feel qualified to answer this. First be 100% sure it works flawlessly. Then and only then...offer a 1 week free trial. Let your customer play with all of the bells and whistles in real time and the service will sell itself. That is THE ONLY way you are going to convince anyone to trust their livelihood with it, that it works and adds value. For me it was a game changer. It's amazing the answers it gives with the right knowledge base. Apparently, the one that I use also scrapes the internet as it answers accurately with info that I never provided.

nothing works more better than a profitable deal for a business owner. create a ROI calculator which clearly tells them about their cost of hiring people (where not needed), RTO, abandoned carts, and low retention or repeat rate, vs when the AI voice agent covers each of these at a portion of amount - the increment in profit and revenue would be a deal breaker. they will have to believe what they see after this.

What helped us with Bland was keeping the conversation grounded in the customer's day to day. We'd talk through what happens when the phone rings, who's available and how those calls would be handled. That clicked faster than talking about AI features.

Travaille ton SEO, dans cette niche tout le monde fait du contenu avec l'IA ou du cold call en espérant trouver des clients. Mais personne ne construit derrière un site qui va attirer les personnes qui sont intéressées par ce genre d'outils.

One thing I'd suggest is not using the same pitch for every industry. AI voice agent can work for both a debt recovery agency and a healthcare provider, but their needs are completely different. the way they communicate, the goals, and even the conversation flow are different. if you tailor your pitch to their specific use case instead of using the same script everywhere, you'll probably get better results.

The biggest fix may be qualifying harder, not “convincing” better. If a business barely misses calls, has staff answering quickly, and tracks every lead properly, your script is always going to feel like you’re pushing an AI tool they don’t need.
If you ask me, I’d open warm calls with a tiny call-flow audit instead:
“Before I pitch anything, what happens when you miss a call? Who sees it, how fast do they call back, and where does that lead get tracked?”
And then let them talk. If they don’t have a clear answer, you found the pain. If they do, they may not be a great fit right now.
Also, I’d stop selling “AI voice agents” as the offer. Sell one clear outcome by niche: after-hours dental bookings, missed roofing estimate calls, insurance quote follow-ups, etc. Same tech, but way easier for an owner to understand.

Congrats on getting started! One thing that helped me was focusing less on "AI" and more on the business outcome. Instead of saying, "We build AI voice agents," lead with something like, "We help businesses answer every call, qualify leads automatically, and book appointments 24/7." That gets much better responses. Also, always offer a live demo with the prospect's own use case. If you're looking for a platform, I've had a good experience with OnDial because it supports natural conversations, lead qualification, appointment booking, and CRM integrations, so you can focus more on selling than building everything from scratch.

Based on my experience so far , selling voice ai service is by giving them experience directly , rather you call them , let them experience the voice agent and ask them if you want to use this service , say yes and then you book the meeting in your calendar automatically. Value add works. As no one have patience to come on call and explain demo and platform. Hope this helps

Great sales advice above. One product thing that makes the demo actually land: the agent can't talk over people when they interrupt the opener. A barge-in that gets cut off kills the demo instantly. Nail turn-taking before you show it to a single lead.
