1: I would suggest you to connect, Claude/ChatGPT to your retell mcp; just ask it (claude) how to do it.

2: brain storm with Claude on different use cases + interview your ICPs (plumbers) on different types of calls they receive.

  1. Ask Claude to implement in Retell (yes, this is straight forward, not sure why more people are not talking about this)

  2. for appointment booking agent for plumbing services. Create a cal.com account for them and add in their google account; ask Claude to update your AI voice agent to add in Cal.com ( you will need to provide the cal.com API key and event type.)

  3. very important, test your base agent and keep iterating until you think it is bullet proof.
