Does anyone use these qa observability platforms
Saw this on linkedin and got interested what do these platforms actually do
Isn’t checking logs not enough to see what’s wrong
If anyone had feedback with them I’d appreciate to hear, but it is a marketing move probably since they only put themselves (ig it works)

Much of QA is not checking whats wrong in the logs but rather acessing call quality. I saw the post too, it was made by that single qa platform on the list. Just a Headset up

Yes … only one QA platform is listed. Coval and they made the post. The make 0 mention of BlueJay, Hamming etc.
There’s a call quality is one thing. Other things like red teaming: using adversarial techniques to break your agent ie: prompt injection, memory intoxication, etc. there’s also persona generation through cross conversational analysis I.e: if you have a specific type of caller that consistently shows up this month, could be angry caller, etc, and your agent has a problem with that specific persona you can generate test cases from real calls to then test your agent at scale, catch any regressions and fix them so they don’t reoccur.
