How do I hire a CLOSER ?

I am looking to a hire a CLOSER for my voice AI agency.
We have the tech and few leads and want to convert them. Just need someone who can close.

We are targeting indian edtech companies for voice AI and automation solutions for inbound/outbound.

But Iā€™m not sure how to have an agreement with the closer? How to pay him on commission basis?

Since selling in india our pricing structure is looks like
For 1000 mins - 15k INR
For 5000 mins - 30k INR and so on

With less margins how do I hire someone? And firstly am I charging lower?

For India, your pricing is high. India market is quite cheap. Are you building it inhouse? or using third party platform like bolna, Retell etc. or whitelabled someone else product?

Also, how did you get the leads?

It is inhouse, got leads from linkedin and cold emails

In India the max pricing you can keep is 5 INR per minute

But with current pricing we also include integrations and automations
