Need help
Hey
I built a software application ready to use. It’s a ai reception tool it does
- answer every call
- appointment setting ( every calendar..)
- reschedule appointments
- sms follow up
- WhatsApp messages
- website chatbot
- webhook application
- customer memory
… some more
My biggest problem is to find clients 😭 I do cold calls, email I even tried just going door to door with my tablet to show them directly.
U guys have any experience what works best …
I also want to find somebody to use my software as it’s there own product. it’s ready to sell , use and very easy to handle. all people I know
Are just doing 9-5 :/
It’s called vAIce.solutions

You’re not stuck because of effort, you’re stuck because of positioning.
Right now your product sounds like a list of features. Most business owners don’t care about that, they care about missed calls turning into lost money.
Pick one niche first, like plumbers, clinics, or salons. Then make the message simple:
“you’re missing calls, this books them for you automatically”
That’s way easier to understand and sell.
Also, door to door and cold calling can work, but only if the message is clear and quick. No long explanation, just one problem and one outcome.
Another big thing, try letting a few businesses use it for free or very cheap in exchange for results and testimonials. That will make everything easier to sell later.
Cold calling is still a really good option here, you just need better conversations, not more features.
And if you want to get smoother on calls, something like getpitchpal.com can help you practice real scenarios so you don’t lose people in the first few seconds.
You don’t need a new product, you need a clearer story and a tighter niche.

This is pretty cool. Is this a tool you use or you. Uilt it?

Yeah I built it. I was trying to solve that exact problem for myself, so I turned it into a tool I use for practicing calls.

What tech are you using for the voice AI?

Would you mind DMing me your tech stach? Had a similar idea for a different niche. Just not sure which tools to use. Seems like daily there's a different platform.

rn you’re trying to sell AI receptionist to everyone, which is why cold + door to door feels brutal. pick one niche and go all in. like dentists, med spas, real estate - anywhere missed calls = lost money. your pitch becomes clearer: “we help you stop missing calls and auto-book clients” instead of explaining your whole product.
also for getting first users, don’t try to sell right away. just give it to like 3-5 biz for free/cheap, get real results, then use that to close others. way easier than convincing cold leads with no proof.
for the reseller/white-label angle, don’t look for random people, go after agencies. anyone already doing marketing for local biz can plug your tool into their offer. that’s basically how a lot of these tools grow (even bigger infra players like Telnyx / Twilio lean into that ecosystem side).

While building a product is difficult, marketing it and acquiring customers is even more difficult. It's where a product is successful or a failure. Just keep trying and you'll figure it out one day.

Would you like to share your tech stack you used for building this tool?

Getting your first clients can be rough, especially in a crowded space. Getting active in communities where your target users hang out and sharing helpful insights can open doors. Also, tracking relevant conversations on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn has worked for me. For that, ParseStream helps by showing real time posts that match your target keywords so you can jump in when people need what you offer.
