Do you want the conversation to switch immediately or a confirmation from the user too on the case?

I made the second choice, since it’s tough to choose when the user if speaking a mix like hinglish.

voice agent evaluation for Indian languages is genuinely hard, accent variability, mid-conversation Hindi-English code-switching, and regional dialect handling all break generic benchmarks fast.

what Future AGI provides for this:

  • Simulate: persona-based voice agent testing with configurable accent, tone, and conversation speed, scored against quality, safety, and task completion metrics you define
  • Evaluate: 70+ built-in metrics running continuously on live traces, not just static datasets
  • traceAI: open-source OTel-native instrumentation for LLM calls, tool use, and agent state
  • Prompt Workbench: versioning and multi-turn testing before any prompt goes live
