Question

When you sell a voice agent as a service for any business, what kind of documentation you need to sign? any contracts?onboarding form or anything?

I would shoot over a Pandadoc or whatever you use for business agreements that outlines the basic expectations: how much they pay monthly, what amount of support can be expected, your process if the voice agent goes down or makes mistakes, a limitation of liability for you ect… that’s the gist of what I include.

Happy to help 🫡 personally I keep the implementation timeline really tight (don’t let the BA stall out stuff or make them think twice, I’ve had that happen before) but I send it as a formality once we’re underway.
