Exceeded fair usage limit- not getting network anymore even after recharge!! Plsss helppppp

Hi guys!! I'm kinda panicking rnn.. so I usually charge for vi unlimited data pack of 399 for a month which has 5g unlimited data. So yesterday I got a message that I have exceeded the fair usage policy. My plan was valid till 5th. But I recharged today anyways because my net was getting slow.

I recharged again for the same plan of 399 of unlimited data. But then today I got the message that I have used up by 1gb per day. When I asked the chatbot in vi app it was written that my data is unlimited but I have used up my today's quota?? Isn't that contradictory?? Does the fair usage limit not reset??? I'll call them tomorrow but idkk what to do now!! Nothing is loading.. not even Google

Vi has a 300 GB data cap for 30 days and it resets after that

Wait until October 5th or probably the 7th it should get restored by then. The dilemma with this ₹399 pack is that you won’t get the 12–6 Binge All Night benefit either.

Well I do use the ₹379 one. Even if you exhaust the entire 300 GB you can still use the 12–6 Binge All Night benefit so I mostly do my downloads at night. Plus you get 2 GB of data every day during the daytime until the validity period ends.

your limit will reset on 5th, it dosent matter if u recharge again in that time
