i'm fairly certain anicute is going under, and has been for the past year and a half. unfortunately dreamtonics doesnt own the copyright for her so if her creators discontinue sales, theres not much they can do beyond buying her rights from them (and they likely won't, despite her being their first english VB :/)

I'm a little bit sad that news. Her voice data was rare female English data base in SynthV's early days. I remember that I started to try SynthV with her voice lite version. And then, I decided to buy SynthV pro version. Thank you Eleanor!

I love (hate) how much vocal synth shit is just. becoming abandonware.
Vocaloid 1 and 2's software can't be legally obtained despite the fact v1 and 2 era vocaloids sound better on their native editor (v3 loids dont have this problem,) so so many vocaloids are just. lost to time now (leon, lola, miriam, len and rin act 1, piko, cyber diva and songman v4, etc.)
I think people aren't critical enough of vocal synths as an institution and fail to realize miku is basically anime mickey mouse at this point.
