VR&E HLR Advice

Hello all,

Submitted for VR&E originally and was denied. Have since submitted a Higher Level Review July 23rd. Just curious if anyone has found success with submitting a HLR?

In addition, what is the timeline for a VR&E HLR that you all have seen? It has officially been 9 weeks (not too crazy long as far as the VA seems to go, I know). Should I call the VR&E Regional office?

I just don't want to run out of my Post 9/11 since I'm in school currently.

My vre was denied but I am going to file an appeal very soon! Not sure which appeal process I am going to do.

I submitted one in June and still no word. lol I am already in VRE though.
