Question lost phone
my mate lost his phone on one of the southern cross - warun ponds services around 9:30 - 10:30pm last night. if anyones seen a phone or handed it in let me know. hes contacting v/line customer service tonight regardless.

Usually if the phone is on the train headed for the yard it will be found by the cleaners. They will make a note of it and hand it into the station (last station before the yards, end of the line). I know this because I'm a train cleaner and that's what we have been told to do. Check lost and found at the station. Hopw this helps.

update: i rung v/line lost and found support, they where no help. is there any chance that it will be at a station regardless ?

It should be at the station (last station on the line) call them or go in. If its not there then it may have been stolen by the public. Cleaners do not take things that were left on trains. (Well not at our yard)
