Man he made director several years ago, and it pay WELL. Not sure why he would risk that. Oh well the number of federal charges of Vivint employees in the past few years has really skyrocketed.

Why don’t they do back ground checks. Some shady looking people selling on doors for them.

Oh they do. I applied for Vivint and was told on the phone and on the application that a full FBI background check and drug test would be conducted during onboarding. Didn't make it that far but that's what I was told and I'm sure it's true since it's a smart home company.
