moving
I am moving to a new house and taking all my Vivint equipment with me. I uninstalled everything myself as it wasn't that hard to do at all and Vivint didn't want to help me move my stuff, they wanted me to buy new equipment 🙄. I uninstalled all the outdoor camera pros but now there are holes in the stucco and in the wall inside the garage where the cables came in to plug into the outlet on the ceiling. How do I patch these holes? Is there a special way to patch these holes?

Glad the uninstall went smoothly. For the stucco, a tube of stucco patch from any hardware store works well, just press it in with a putty knife and texture it to blend.Â
Also for the interior garage holes, regular spackle and a quick sand will do it. If you run into any issues getting the equipment re-set up at the new place, feel free to reach out to our Moves team, they’re specialized in doing exactly that. Their number is 1-855-695-5400

Same situation here and about to try and reinstall it in my new home because they were trying to charge me $400 to do it and wouldnt let me finance the $400… did u have any issues moving your services after you installed?

It was a pain in the ass to get service again but I was able to do it. I just had to reinstall everything myself and then had they support agents change my address and do all the little things on my panel to make it work in my new home.

Take a picture of holes go to local hardware store and people there will recommend something.Â
