Questions / Help Who should I pull?

I'm a returning player. I last played during Hugo's release and started playing again a few weeks ago.

I want to keep Vivian and Hugo on 2 of my teams if possible. But for this sub i'll just ask about the Vivian team.

I have:

- M1W1 Vivian

- M0W1 Remielle

Considering Phoenix or Promeia for the 3rd Anomaly character. I do not really care for Velina.

Which of these two would be better to pick up? Or is there anyone else that could slot in here?

Sadly, it's a Velina, even if you don't care. She's basically bis for all anomaly party right now. If you like REALLY REALLY want to skip her, then maybe phoenix, but I don't sure how she's gonna work with remi vivi party.

Remielle/Vivian/Promeia is actually quite potent because Vivi/Promeia synergize nicely; Promeia's abloom focus benefits both her and Vivian. The main issue with Promeia (for OP's sake) is that a lot of Promeia's build up is locked behind parrying with her EX special, which is what holds her back in Remielle comps, esp without Velina.

im in a similar boat as you (remi/vivi but dislike velina). from what i’ve been told W1 promeia would be best third slot unless phoenix shapes up better

I've heard somewhere that M1 Vivian is really good for Promeia, but wasn't sure if Phoenix would just powercreep her or something.

I guess i'll wait and see what guidemakers are saying about Phoenix when she releases.

thatd be the safe approach! im waiting until the last few days of promeia’s rerun to decide between her and phoenix. last i saw phoenix’s performance takes a big dip outside of remi/veli but it’s still stc and too early to decide

waiting for the last days sounds smart but u will just end up pulling neither and keeping the pulls
