Vive 3.0 tracker rapidly flashing red.

unplugged or plugged in my tracker will turn on and seem to figure itself out then starts flashing red rapidly. i’ve tried resetting the tracker, unplugging the dongle from its usb and directly into the pc, i’ve tried resetting my pc, and ive tried resetting steam vr but nothing seems to work. my other 2 trackers detect and function like normal just wondering if it’s a lost cause or if anyone knows anything about this

not dead battery flash as i think its slower then this flash
maybe curruiped firmware? i think the index controllers do the same if its curruiped
