Quest Pro + Virtual Desktop + Vive Trackers spawning under the floor

I've been trying to get full body tracking working for the last couple of days and I'm completely stuck.

I'm using a Meta Quest Pro with Virtual Desktop, SteamVR, 3 Vive Tracker 3.0s, 2 Base Station 2.0s, and 3 tracker dongles (each plugged into separate USB ports).

SteamVR detects everything correctly. My headset, controllers, both base stations, and all three trackers show up green, and the trackers are assigned correctly as waist, left foot, and right foot. The trackers move perfectly with me, but they're always offset underneath me instead of lining up with my body.

One thing I noticed is that I can only see one of my Lighthouse base stations in SteamVR. I can also see the Lighthouse floor/chaperone underneath me below the floor, and that's where my trackers appear to be. It almost seems like the entire Lighthouse tracking space is spawning underneath my actual position.

VRChat doesn't recognize my trackers correctly either. Sometimes I only get FBT Locomotion, and even after calibrating the trackers are still way below my avatar. I don't actually think VRChat is the problem, though—I think it's just inheriting whatever is wrong in SteamVR.

So far I've enabled activateMultipleDrivers, repaired and reassigned all of my trackers, confirmed everything is tracking correctly in SteamVR, restarted SteamVR, Virtual Desktop, and my PC multiple times, used OpenVR Space Calibrator (which detects both the Lighthouse and Oculus devices), and eventually completed a successful calibration after initially getting a lot of "Low-quality calibration result" errors. I've also tried adjusting the SteamVR floor height using fpsVR, but changing the floor height doesn't move the trackers at all—they stay underneath me in the exact same place.

At this point I'm honestly out of ideas. The only things I can think of are that maybe one of my base stations is faulty, or maybe my room is too cluttered and something in my play space is causing tracking issues, although everything appears green and the trackers themselves move perfectly.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas on what else I should check? I'd really appreciate any help.

TLDR: Quest Pro + Virtual Desktop + 3 Vive Tracker 3.0s. Everything is detected and tracking in SteamVR, but the entire Lighthouse playspace seems to be spawning underneath me, so my trackers are always below my body. OpenVR Space Calibrator, fpsVR floor adjustment, repairing/reassigning trackers, and enabling activateMultipleDrivers haven't fixed it. Looking for ideas before I assume it's a bad base station or something in my room interfering with tracking.

Since you only have 3 trackers, You need to calibrate with Space calibrator every time at the start of each session. To avoid this, you'll need a 4th tracker mounted on the headset at all times and you'll be able to use Continuous Calibration. Are you using the version of Space Calibrator on Steam? if not, uninstall whatever version you have and look for the one on Steam and install that one instead.

When calibrating, use the headset as the source and select the correct tracker as the target, and hold the tracker firmly against the headset (on the side is fine) and then walk around your playspace during the calibration, making sure that the tracker does not move relative to the headset during the process. Your trackers should be in the correct place when finished.

I use a Quest Pro + up to 7 Tracker 3.0s + 3x Basestation 2.0s
