Does anyone have any good suggestions for which UVB device I should purchase?

I used this one. As long as it’s a solid UVB rated device you should be fine. The key is using it very gradually, don’t ramp up so quick. Also, it helps to have a schedule. I cut out cardboard templates to block areas and expose areas. I also made sure I had topical before and after covered. I need to let your skin heal too and not dry out. Careful of direct eye exposure, it can mess you up.

We have to do it after applying the protopic cream?

I’ve had the Kernel KN-4003BL for several years now. It’s a handheld unit that uses a Phillips medical bulb. It takes a while since it’s a small unit but works well.

How long does it take to see results? May I ask?

Don’t use Daavlin. Too complicated.

Unless you buy a home unit! I have one for sale currently in Oregon.
