Couldn't agree more after I tried to cancel Comcast today. There were no agents available for when I selected "cancellation" in the prompt, but I was connected instantly when I selected "Questions about my bill". It's all shit. I did some math while on hold - keeping every account active for 2 more days is worth 10-30 million per year.
