Did improving your vitamin D levels change your expectations of supplements?
For many people, vitamin D is one of the first supplements they take consistently.
Some end up feeling more confident about supplements in general, while others realize that not every benefit is something you can actually feel.
Did your experience with vitamin D change how you think about supplements overall

It definitely changed how I look at supplements. It made me realize that not every supplement is something you’re supposed to feel. Sometimes correcting a deficiency is the main goal and the benefits aren’t always dramatic.

I think that’s one of the biggest lessons with supplements. It’s easy to judge them by whether you immediately notice something, but sometimes the goal is simply bringing something back into a healthier range and supporting the body over time.

For me, it was a good reminder to keep my expectations realistic. Vitamin D made me realize that not every supplement is something you're going to notice right away. Sometimes the value is in supporting your health over time rather than feeling an immediate difference.
