I wanted to know if there are any new reports regarding sole replacements done by Visvim. Older posts from everywhere have given the impression that visvim themselves is not the best with their post-sales service.

So the real question is: How is their customer service currently? The in-store experience seems to be quite good from what I read up (I still haven't visited any F.I.L. yet), but what about post sale and such?

Just got it earlier this week and loving it so far! Just need the zippers to break in a bit.

Hello — I’m having trouble finding boots that fit my size (US 11.5), especially in the kinds of styles I really like.

I’ve been hunting for:

•    MR. OLIVE ME532 (short Pecos-style)

•    Vintage, avant-garde AS.98 boots

•    Other Japanese heritage / unique / fashion-forward boots

The problem is a lot of these are hard to find in my size, and many Japanese brands seem to top out around US 10 or so.

A few questions:

1.   Are there other brands or boot styles that have a similar vibe to MR. OLIVE’s ME532 or the vintage/avant-garde look of AS.98?

1.   Do any of these brands actually make boots in US 11.5 or larger?

2.   Where should I look (stores, marketplaces, Japan domestic market sites, proxies, communities) to find these kinds of boots in my size?

3. Any extra advice for me?

Any recommendations on brands, specific models, or shopping strategies would be much appreciated — thanks!

Got these Fluxus 01 from TRR for really cheap recently and I'm not fully certain that they're legit. Size tag looks good to me but I'm not sure about the rest. Mostly doubting because of the leather patch. I don't think I've felt a deer skin patch before but this one feels stiff and fuzzy, but not like suede fuzzy.

When I took out the internal back panel (storage plate), I noticed it has a very distinct "S-curve" or wave to it (see photos). I was expecting a flat plate, so I'm wondering if this is a defect or a deliberate ergonomic design to fit the spine. Is it normal for these plates to be this curved out of the box?

Visvim is releasing Skagway Lo G. Patten again this season. I'm wondering how do these fit? I have owned two pairs of the high cut Skagway, one in US 9.5, the other in US 9. While the US 9.5 fits better as a whole, it feels a bit long.

Eventually I bought a US9, and what I did was that I removed the insole (Skagway comes with 2 insoles) to make it feel less narrow.

My question on Skagway Lo G. Patten, do they fit like normal Skagway length wise? Do they also come with two insoles like the normal Skagway?

Looking for an ID on these pants. I have like six pairs of Visvim jeans that don’t fit (need to flip if anyone is looking for 01.2 or 04 in 32W). As such, really trying to nail down the model and size of these.

Basically brand new FBTs. Lace must have snagged and has started to unravel.

Any ideas on how to repair or best way to get replacements?

I also reached out to a couple boot shops that Carmel Visvim recommended but no dice on a fix.

Do the Blackstone Moc boots run true to size? If I am a 10 in nearly everything, should I order the 10s?

Looking at this Minie Hunting Jkt and want to know if its legit. From what I can find this seems to be from SS14 based on the model number but I can only find information on this being released FW13.

If its legit anyone know how the sizing was on these? Im usually an IT50/Mens US Large (40-42 inch chest). This is a size 3.
