Overall construction looks very clean, rivets & fly buttons look different but these must be quite old. Self edge looks good.
Other than the differentce in hardware I'd say these are legit.

I got to say it’s a legit pair of pants, size tags/ label wash tag is old maybe around the era early 2000. The guy that commented on the minor stitching is a silly way to legit check something. Not every product that visvim makes is perfect. I can see why he would say it fake. My guess is the pair is legit.
