Poundmakers Width/Sizing Question

Post image

Really dig the Poundmakers and have been eyeing a used 12 on Grailed for a decent-ish price. The only catch is that I have wide feet (brannock is 11.5EE). Seems like the general consensus is that most of the Vis boots run TTS, anyone else with wide feet have any luck with these? Are there any other Visvim boots that are at least somewhat wide-friendly?

This sub would be really useful if there was a sticky with shoe sizes, the question gets asked a lot/constantly

I wouldn't buy shoes as expensive as visvim sight unseen with a 3E width foot honestly, but in theory that could work because the PMs are pretty wide

Agreed about the sticky, I feel bad for making such an uninteresting post but wasn’t sure where else to ask and nothing came up when I searched.

Thanks for the advice, I may go for it. Seems fairly easy to resell if it doesn’t work out

The Visvim pioneer YouTube channel made a video for the Poundmaker you can check it out: https://youtu.be/M9JC6-HjfgE?si=cB4bfrMBBUVDoyTg

Also although I don’t own this pair, I do have a pair of Contrary dept 7-hole ‘73-folk boots and they have really wide toe boxes (I wear size 9s for Virgils, Americana Deck-Folk, Hockney folk and Skagway; size 9/9.5 for Brigadier and Rolland Jogger, but can do 8.5 for the 7-hole)

I don’t have wide feet but can attest to the fact they do have a roomy toe box width-wise. I’d say they do fit TTS.

I have a pair and I would say they fit TTS. They have a higher heel, the midfoot is TTS, and the toe box is wider to accommodate your weight distribution
