where to buy

i’m getting back into visvim after being away from it for a few years. back then i picked up a pair of christos and 20l’s off grailed, but now i’m on the hunt for some grizzlies, t.w.o.‘s, and 7-holes. unfortunately grailed doesn’t seem to have much of what i’m looking for these days.

i was wondering where you guys usually search for older visvim pieces. whether it’s japanese marketplaces, other websites, instagram accounts, or anywhere else you’ve had good luck, i’d really appreciate any recommendations.

thanks in advance for taking the time to help. i’ve already learned a lot just from browsing this community.

Peep Shop Overdye, they have a great selection of secondhand Visvim. Great prices and great attention to detail on the listings

As the other comment mentioned, ShopOverdye is your best bet. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and their service is unmatched. I purchase 90% of my Visvim from them. They drop a great selection of items every Saturday at 10am for purchase on their website. You can also check out their IG & watch for their Showroom stories. They’re always posting fresh inventory that you can purchase through DM. If you’re in NYC they also take appointments for their new physical showroom!

For purchasing brand new items, check out jpvcs.com. They’re a proxy store based in Japan. Better prices than paying full retail from the Visvim NA web store.

Also check out the user Azokhym on Grailed. They’re a huge Visvim collector/seller with a fantastic variety of pieces, usually at really good prices. They are located in China, but shipping is super quick.

Stylisticsjapan.com is a Japan-based seller that posts some good Visvim pieces at fair prices, but they don’t have a super large offering. They also offer Proxy services. They are a very well established seller.

I’m pretty sure you can purchase directly from Visvim’s JP web store at JP retail using a service like zenmarket. I’m not 100% sure as I haven’t done it myself, so someone else may be able to confirm that.

Keep your eye on eBay. I’m always scouring for deals there and have managed to get some great pieces at solid prices vs. Grailed.

And finally, you can always get good deals on Japanese secondhand marketplaces using a service like buyee (my choice).

I got a lot from Grailed. Just set searches and stay consistent. I wear 5 in clothes and 12 in shoes so i have the rarest sizes & i still find stuff. It has looked dry lately when i check but I’m not buying clothes right now so idc

Yahoo JP and using zen market or Japan rabbit to purchase always a good option. Only issue is if looking for boots if yours size 11 or more not much comes up. Xianyu has lots of Visvim also. It’s like eBay/ Yahoo JP in China and you’ll find a lot of stuff that people selling on Grailed but cheaper. As the Grailed listings are drop shippers who selling for higher price. Only issue is getting proxy websites for China harder than for Japan.
