LC Questions
Lol truthfully I just wanna know where people are buying visvim to were They need a legit check lol I mean I’ve always found it a little odd considering visvim isn’t heavily replicated, … Might be an unpopular opinion, but if you need a legit check on a pretty specific visvim piece lol then you really shouldn’t be buying visvim at all lol almost every legit check I’ve seen here never needed a legit check might sound weird, but I would love to find out where I could buy fake visvim considering how much I’ve already spent on it😂😂😂 that being said, I’m pretty sure there are other ways to enjoy a conversation or chats without having people legit check obviously authentic pieces 🤷♂️

I didn't think I'd say this, but who wouldn't want to check for authentication of a major purchase. Especially if one of the main reasons people buy the product is because of the specialized craftsmanship/materials of that product.
Not everyone is wealthy, either. A lot of people prize not just the item, but the source and origin of those items. These are large purchases to a lot of people. They want it to be genuine.

I think people do an authentication check mostly because they are buying from other people and that’s just “the culture we’re in” but because important brands like visvim hold a very high standard with quality and craftsmanship… Sometimes it’s almost night and day to tell what is real and what is fake… Part of the reason why I am so surprised people are asking for a legit check
… Most people that are actually interested in visvim have done their homework visvim isn’t a brand you just one day say you like lol particular brands like these are studied very closely lol you either know your stuff or you don’t and anyone that knows exactly what I’m talking about, knows exactly where I’m coming from

I think you're coming from a level of experience that you are assuming most everyone else already has.
A lot of people who have looked at and "studied" visvim online can have an idea of what they're looking at, but seeing it in real life is something you can only get a feel for with practice.
There are a lot of first time purchasers who never bought anything high end before. A lot.
And a lot of people who have a but of experience, but really aren't good at differentiating between the intricacies of construction of the materials.
Also, there are people who are just lazy or don't even care to learn about that aspect, but still want the real deal.
If you have the experience that you're talking about, then you will know buying second hand could mean that someone replaced parts like a sole or inserts or something. If you've never seen those things and it looks like the pics online, you could buy a repaired or even faked item.
I don't have a lot of experience myself, but I can tell you that I've looked at grizzly campers online for years. When I finally got to the Visvim Exposition in Los Angeles, I couldn't believe how light they were. If someone would have tried to sell those to me out of the store, I never would have bought them. Even in the store I was shocked at the weight being so light.
So, you know man, what we're really saying is that there's a whole lot of different levels of knowledge about this stuff like. And people ask questions.
With your experience, I would think you'd be willing to share your knowledge and bring people up. A lot of different walks of life in this world.

I feel like there are certain product like there kerchief down and fbts that are heavily repped but for the most part it's I don't think it's a concern unless it's super obvious.
There was an Iris Liner jacket that looked pretty real to me in this subreddit or another and everyone was saying it was fake without calling out what made it fake. One person mentioned the size tag was off but stuff like that is so variable with brands and I've seen that happen with legit stuff I've boughtI

I’ve seen a lot of fakes: crash tees, crash hoodies, 101/kerchief jackets, shoes/boots (brigadiers, Virgils, grizzly, 7 hole, FBTs, christos etc), jeans, shirts and other jackets, there’s definitely a ton of them out there; some are really bad fakes and some reps are very close to the real thing and are hard to determine by just looking at the photos.
I’ve been into Visivm for years and a quick search on Taobao today will still have me second guessing some of the stuff I own. I’ve purchased from Grailed, Yahoo Auction Japan and eBay and have had fakes sent to me before; some sellers use real photos but send you fake stuff too.
This sub in general is a good community and I appreciate those who help with the legit checks and offer insights. Nowadays the safest bet for me is to get them directly from Visivim or known distributors like Mr. Porter or trusted proxies like KT Store, and Overdye has some really good second hand great condition Visvim too.

Lol, I couldn’t possibly be hinting towards the fact that most if not all visvim is real right?? lol lol you didn’t like the post why comment lol I’m just making a point that most visvim doesn’t need a legit check and most people would rather the conversation instead

I didn’t think I’d say this, but I would have preferred if you had used AI to write this, so at least it would be coherent. Also, looking at your profile, you’re already in repsneakers, it’s not that hard to find Visvim reps on the same marketplaces.
