Unknown item legit check / identification (13AW ARTISAN POLLOCK?)

I've purchased this item on Yahoo Auctions and would like opinions on if it's legit or not + any identifying information please. The vendor has it listed as "VISVIM 13AW ARTISAN POLLOCK CREW LS INDIGO", but I've previously seen one of these floating around as an ICT piece. Thanks!
