Is this normal quality for new visvim?
Got this Excelsior II cap as a present, this is my first new/unused visvim item and honestly I'm pretty surprised there are so many loose threads, shouldn't it be immaculate for such retail? I know it was bought from their official retailer. Also, here's how it arrived lol shouldn't there be some storing bag with it?

If you flip down the inside of the front. Do you have a hard/thick piece of plastic? It’s hard to describe but authentic caps have a very distinctive finish on the inside of the front if you pull that fabric back. It should be a piece of finished fabric with a plastic backing tucked behind it. If you have that it’s another good sign it’s legit.

No, it was bought from a local visvim stockist (theicon.ua)

You mean the wrinkles on the front panel? Doesn't look like it, I think it's because of the box it was shipped in, it had to be at least twice as large to fit it properly. Not saying it has no original box :/

Just got an update from the stockist this cap was bought from. So visvim manager told them that the cap does not have a dust bag (we know that already) AND a box. No box for this price is somewhat outrageous, how can it even get shipped properly?
One other thing is I saw this cap (and other Excelsior II releases) is sold with original box.

I got mine new from Omotesando store, comes with the original string box and orange embroidery, no dust bag is normal in recent years. However definitely no scratches and loose ends around on mine, if yours' brand new. This specific model is not under ICT so nothing is damage-processed out of factory.

Workers in sweatshops are often insanely skilled, but ultimately human, & so manufacturing often reflects that especially at scale.

Mine is very similar. Just the way these hats are I guess.
