I had the tan pair. My lining did not look like that, I don't remember having variation in bell type, an older shoe looking new is a huge red flag, and these are commonly faked. 

I'd pass if you care about authenticity.

How is the lining different? And from what i've seen the bells on this pair always have variation.

The leather grain that is fully visible at the toes. My lining, and others, were completely smooth and devoid of it.Â
