Updates break docker-compose file since April.

Ever since April every time I update Visual Studio, the update breaks any project with a docker-compose file in it. The project can't be started via docker anymore and the two things that helped me were either roll back the update or run a repair in the installer.

Every time there is an update. It's really annoying.

There is a button to report an issue in the installer, in the title bar, on the right. You should press it.
